The reason why the ‘Soundtracks / Music / Audio threads’ are in the Expanded Universe forum is… an increasing number of soundtrack releases contain audio/music from across the Star Wars Saga (Episodes 1-6 or 1-9, or Solo & Rogue One etc), or from across the Star Wars galaxy - so it was decided to keep all the soundtrack threads together… and in the smaller EU forum.

In the 1976 film novelisation, ‘Star Wars: From the Adventures of Luke Skywalker’, the author wrote this about ‘the force’…

"Kenobi nodded. "I forget sometimes in whose presence I babble. Let us say simply that the force is something a Jedi must deal with. While it has never been properly explained, scientists have theorized it is an energy field generated by living things. Early man suspected its existence, yet remained in ignorance of its potential for millennia.

“Only certain individuals could recognize the force for what it was. They were mercilessly labeled: charlatans, fakers, mystics—and worse. Even fewer could make use of it. As it was usually beyond their primitive controls, it frequently was too powerful for them. They were misunderstood by their fellow—and worse.”

Kenobi made a wide, all encompassing gesture with both arms. “The force surrounds each and every one of us. Some men believe it directs our actions, and not the other way around. Knowledge of the force and how to manipulate it was what gave the Jedi his special power.”

Set soon after the events of the 1983 film Return of the Jedi, the series explores the time period between that film and 2015’s The Force Awakens. The trilogy began in 2015 with Aftermath, which was followed by the sequels Aftermath: Life Debt (2016) and Aftermath: Empire’s End (2017). Aftermath is one of the projects in “Journey to Star Wars: The Force Awakens”, a 2015 Star Wars publishing initiative to connect The Force Awakens with the previous Original Trilogy films. All 3 books by Chuck Wendig.

The reason why the ‘Documentaries’ threads are in the Expanded Universe forum is… an increasing number of documentary releases feature content from across the Star Wars Saga (Episodes 1-6 or 1-9, or Solo & Rogue One etc), or from across the Star Wars galaxy (including tv series) - so it was decided to keep all the documentary threads together… and in the smaller EU forum.

I guess that oojason wanted to highlight those specific projects because they were done by people on here, or maybe they were projects that were often asked about? If you send him a PM asking about it you’ll get an answer for sure, he is very helpful like that.
