This is actually the first time it's been in Anaheim, Celebration IV was in LA.
But speaking from past experiences, the closer to the event you can get the better. It'd be easier if they'd list which hotels are getting shuttle service.
My mistake. And yes, they should make that info easier to find. I don't think too many costumers are going to want to walk three blocks to the convention center.

I was. But since my girlfriend can't go, I thought it would be a little bit expensive to fly to the US for 5 days only.

Perhaps moderators could be considered online officials, in which case SilverWook is the official who is going to this thread (although he already went, so it might be someone else).
EDIT: Also, I'm not going unless someone sends me plane tickets for both there and back, pays for my passport, gets me a hotel room for the duration of the Celebration, and makes sure I get fed while I'm there.
