Lego Star Wars II (The Original Trilogy) was a blast on the GameCube (yeah, I admit to owning one a long time ago! 😉)

A really enjoyable and fun pick-up-and-play game - with some good humour in there, easy playability and could play for a quick 10 minutes or go for a full hour or so before getting bored (or sidetracked with real life!)

Makes me almost want to go out and buy one again - almost…

I find that answer vague and unconvincing. Why don’t you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don’t you dig how beautiful it is out here? And say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Yeah the old Lego Star Wars OT was fun enough. Before they started going overboard with those games and filling them with gimmicks like the LOTR one. That being said the Force Awakens is good, except for the split screen which is that horrible dynamic kind that swirls around when you’re both at a certain distance.

I don’t own any actual Lego sets though, its really over priced and I’d probably collect other kinds of merch given the chance.

I’m considering getting the Kessel Run Falcon myself.

I really want a remake of Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. The minifigures are just so outdated. They could also add the ST.

^ hopefully we’ll see an ST version soon after IX is released - maybe with added Solo and R1 bonuses too 😃

Came across this the other day - 8 years old now - though still puts a smile on the face…

I would’ve included the OT with Lego TFA, the PT with Lego TLJ, and the spinoffs with Lego IX, and then merge them altogether for Lego SW The Even More Complete Saga, with some added CW levels.

I remember playing Complete Saga and Clone Wars. Both very fun games (CW is criminally underrated). Never picked up TFA, was really busy then and didn’t have much time for games. It seems kinda ridiculous they managed to squeeze one movie into an entire game. I imagine it had more than six levels 😃

Maul- A Star Wars Story

Yeah, it did, but shockingly, none of it felt like save for one level on D’Qar. I’m also shocked that despite the large gap between the two games’ development, there are some assets like music and animations carried over directly from TCW. Specificly, I’m referring to the animation of stabbing a lightsaber into a walls, and the Imperial Elevader March. I must’ve played these games relatively close together to notice that. I agree TCW is underrated. It has the most sophisticated gameplay of the bunch. TFA has all the quicktime clutter I hate about the modern games.
