You play very well; logical and always pressing & probing - whilst also maintaining a solid base for defence. It’s intriguing to both watch and play against.
Well you play solidly yourself. Though I gained a material advantage early on, you still had pieces placed in such a position that left me worried. That’s why I almost forced the queen and rook trades. Sometimes the best strategy is to secure a material advantage, then trade till the little advantage becomes more significant. Even a one pawn advantage means much more when there are fewer pieces on the board.
Forcing the Queen and Rook trade was a good tactical move - and really did for me. My main hope at that time was to try and feign an attack by my Queen on your right flank - though position the Queen to threaten the G7 pawn after trying to work your Knight around the G4 area with my Rook for a sneaky (and undeserved) checkmate 😃 (or force a mistake/advantage from it…)
As you say, after the Q & R exchange that early advantage and positioning has become more significant. Eeek! 😃

Or is the law suddenly not something we have to take into consideration because feelings? Wonderful, we can start running the nation solely on feelings, who needs laws anyway right?No, they’re people.
They are people and they are illegal immigrants. But yes, some are in terrible circumstances and need help. Calling them illegal immigrants does not mean they are not people and are unworthy of help and sympathy. It just means they entered the country illegally, which they did.

Yes, indeed they are both - yet it was using the term ‘criminal’ in the derogatory sense that Ryan-SWI did I called him up on in my humble opinion (I mistakenly only quoted his later post and not both of them). Especially so when using that as a response to question the supposed ‘distortion of facts’ because another poster put up a news article highlighting what some illegal immigrants are going through right now and how they are being affected since Trump came to power.
Though technically, under law, they may be ‘criminals’, the authorities have turned a blind eye (for whatever reason) to illegal immigrants for a long time now - to the extent that it unfair to compare them with ‘other’ criminals - the authorities do not turn a blind eye to murder, assault, rape, theft, and other crimes. So much so that there are ‘sanctuary cities’ where illegal immigrants are not questioned as to their status, and are free to use the city services?
To make no distinction between illegal immigrants and ‘real’ criminals in this context is a distortion in itself, ironically ‘picking and choosing’ certain aspects of which Ryan-SWI accused the other posted of doing - incorrectly, as it turns out.

Absolutely on the sport/concert thing - take a couple before, at the start and/or interval etc - it’s the people who spend more time looking at the phone than what is going on that really make me laugh.
