Flash Gordon (1980) - not a Halloween or even a horror film (in that sense 😉) though a good enjoyable romp all the same.

The missus’ ‘Halloween’ film is The Lost Boys - which is always worth a nostalgic 80’s style watch.

YouTube/Vimeo/etc... Star Wars video finds
Time

Some kind soul has uploaded BBC’s Arena Cinema program on Star Wars - from 1979 - up on youtube:-

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALjEf-tQNWc

'This episode of ‘Arena Cinema’ was broadcast on BBC2 on 29th January 1979 to co-incide with the British release of ‘Star Wars’. What we have here is an interviews and analysis. Behind-the-scenes clips are included, some of which I haven’t seem elsewhere.

The format of this series was that each episode had a lengthy feature item with unrelated film news and reviews at the end.

Short clips of this programme have been seen elsewhere over the years. To my knowledge it has not been repeated since.

I’ve had to make edits to comply with YouTube’s filter. The missing footage is clips from the film.’

That’s a long list paja mate - good luck with it 😃

For me getting all the Gold Medals on Battle For Naboo for the N64 (just got all Golds on Rogue Squadron again) - a lot more frustrating this time around, though it has been a few years…

Will give Super Metroid another go too (SNES) - completed it years ago, be good intriguing to see how much I’ve forgotten and how bad I’ve become…

Also thinking of upgrading my pc setup to one of these bad boys…

The Boba Fett movie

So, no Boba Fett movie, but a Boba Fett TV show instead?

Well, more of a Mandalorian tv show than it actually being Boba 😉

I’m still hopeful a few years down the line they’ll start doing ‘straight to blu ray’ type Star Wars releases - or one off 90 mins SW specials (especially if Disney are pushing forward their own streaming service).

Something with a vibe like this below - a 90 min spaghetti western type Boba-centred film would do for me…

Though comics and books will likely have to suffice for now…
