Some info & help for adywan’s Revisited Editions of the Original Trilogy…
There are these three main Revisited Edition threads, by adywan himself - where information is in abundance, the history and process of the project is contained, and many questions have been already answered - with more encouraged to be asked:-
Star Wars - by adywan
Empire Strikes Back - by adywan
Return Of The Jedi - by adywan
There is also an unofficial discussion thread by nightstalkerpoet - full of useful info too:-
The Unofficial Complete REVISITED SAGA Ideas and Random Discussion Thread
As well as this older discussion thread by muddyknees2000 - on adywan’s Purist & Revisited Editions of Star Wars:-
ANH…Revisited or Purist???
There is also adywan’s 1080p project for the Star Wars film here:-
adywan’s The Star Wars Saga - 1080P AVCHD DVD-9 for PS3 & Blu-Ray players thread - SW & ESB colour corrected in 1080p
and also adywan’s The Phantom Menace - Theatrical Version - NTSC DVD project.
adywan also has some useful and informative social media channels for his Revisited Editions, here:-
Website : Facebook : Twitter : YouTube
^ some of which is superbly run and maintained by our very own doubleofive - who can also be found on his quality Star Wars Visual Comparisons Blog and Twitter too 😃
Obviously, the main rule of acquiring the Revisited Editions is that you must own the official retail release of the Original Trilogy on blu ray - or the HD Digital Download of the OT.
Of course, it’s up to you which format you’d like to have the Revisited Editions stored on - many people like them on blu ray discs - some in quality Box Sets and cases or covers with quality artwork, a few have them stored on USB flash drives, or their computer hard drive, some have them on standalone HD Players, or plex / kodi / media centre type set-ups…
The ‘Case Covers, Disc Labels, and Fan Art’ section of the OriginalTrilogy•com site has an array of cover and disc art for adywan’s Revisited Editions - well worth checking it out for ideas & inspiration, for printing info, and help too.
There is also an unofficial Cover and Art thread for the Revisited Editions, here - link
The ‘How-To’s and Technical Discussions’ section may also be of use/assistance if you’re having any technical issues - for seeing if others are having / have had the same or similar problem, or for posing a new question.
Good luck with it - and hope you enjoy watching them, and any of the other great projects on the site too.

If you are new to the OriginalTrilogy•com then the following info may be of some assistance…
Firstly, the About and Help sections may be of interest to you regarding this site and what the OriginalTrilogy•com is about.
Secondly, the ’How do I do this?’ on the OriginalTrilogy.com - some info & answers to members’ queries thread should also hopefully be of some help as to many of the functions of the site, along with other related info as well.
Thirdly, the Announcements Section - including Site Rules & Guidelines, Fan Edit & Preservation Rules & FAQ, as well info for Signatures, Linking Policy for Downloads, and Spoiler Rules & Plot Spoiler Guides (and much more) that may be of use too.
If you are having any issues with the site, have a question, an idea to improve the site, or would like to give some feedback - then these can be done in the Feedback Forum and General Assistance sections.
There are also several Index Threads pinned at the top of many respective sections of the OT•com - which may help members find various topics of discussion, fan edits, preservations and other projects etc.
’An OriginalTrilogy.com timeline thread - a history of the site and why & how it came to be…’ chronicles both the history of this site & also it’s continuing evolution.
The ’Complete Comparison of Special Edition Visual Changes’ thread by doubleofive contains many sources of information as to the numerous changes made to the Original Trilogy films over time - as well as serving as an insightful and comprehensive discussion thread on the subject.
Finally, the ’George Lucas: Unreliable Narrator & Time Travelling Revisionist…' thread attempts to highlight and catalogue some of the revisionism, altering of history and contradictory claims by George Lucas / Lucasfilm as to the formation, planning and history of the Star Wars films and universe therein.
Please have a look around the site to see if there is anything else of interest too - there are a fair few varied and quality Star Wars fan edits, preservations, and fan projects on here. Or join in on one of the many Star Wars discussions going on around the site, or discussions on life in general in the Off Topic sections as well…
Why don’t you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don’t you dig how beautiful it is out here?
And say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
