Looks nice, though I’m always against TIE Advance models appearing so soon in the timeline. The new release schedule is at least interesting, since they could have insisted the writers change the pacing. I really hope they stick the landing on this.

Anyone undertaking ‘a weekly re-watch’ for season 1 of Andor - to lead-in to the season 2 premiere - should likely start it next week (starting 28th January).

The trailer looks kind of meh… but who cares? Tony Gilroy has already proven he knows what he’s doing. If anyone deserves some benefit of the doubt, it’s Gilroy, for producing probably the single best piece of Star Wars content since 1981.
Can he pull off another miracle with Season 2? Probably.

The plot is a masterful, timeless mirror to our own world yet gives us intense action and haunting performances from Diego Luna, Adria Arjona, and Genevieve O’Reilly. I’m blown away by it.

Let me clarify. Movie critics in general said TLJ was the best Star Wars movie ever, which it was not.
Now the same people say andor is the best.
My point being that their word has absolutely no weight at all.
Review aggregation currently says that Andor, TFA and TLJ are all about as good as each other, and nearly as good the first two movies in the series. What ever your opinion I think we can agree that this isn’t true, so the lesson here is make your mind up and never read much into those percentages, rather than getting annoyed that critics are not always honest. I clearly remember a top publication giving AOTC a perfect 5/5 score back in the day; they’ve never been a source of info that holds much weight.
really liked this first 3 episodes and the format to release 3 eps for week too week, i think soo far it has a better beginning than the first season, more stuf happens and andor is in a very fucked situation but that aplly for any other character in the show hahaha, the cinematography and directing are really good and the acting is really great too 9/10 (for the 3 episodes)
