I’m not a regular so maybe it isn’t my place to say, but it’s pretty sad to see how this forum has been flooded with and reduced to those sort of posts

I mean, every time a Hal thread or whatever gets bumped to the top of the page, I’m excited for an update from the editor or some new dialogue between members about present or future changes, only to find that it’s yet another random person who flew by multiple notices on how to request these edits screaming into the ether for a DM

You may wish to read through the two posts above yours - and also look up how things work on here… we’re a community - not a download site.

In general, simply sending a PM is the default way of asking for fan projects on here (unless indicated / instructed otherwise in the project thread)… Reading through the actual thread also helps - sometimes there are kind members helping each other out with links.

^ Fellow members are more likely to help you out if you are a participating member of the community here; you don’t have to be a fellow fan editor, preservationist, tech wiz, artistic or skilled etc… just a member that has made, or is making, an effort.

Please note that cluttering up the project threads with ‘link request’ posts is not only poor form - but is also against the rules & guidelines here - the reasons for which can be found below…
