We’ve had an influx of new members signing up to request fan project links within project threads and then disappearing without participating further.
From now on, unless the owner of the project has explicitly instructed members to post requests for project links within their project thread, any link begging posts will be deleted without notice.
Yes, we know you can’t access PMs as a new member. That’s kind of the point. Think about it. However, we’ll make modifications soon to allow new members to read PMs sent to them by other members. That way, project owners can contact new members if they desire.
Repeated violations of link begging will result in a ban.
