Forum moderators should treat every one the same, show no favorites and not let their political leanings cloud their judgement. Just a random thought I had about forum moderators in general on any forum, not anyone specific.

not sure what that is supposed to mean.

It’s a placeholder - a reminder for me to come back to this - when I have time to do so.

Harmy has put up a video on youtube - just to remind everyone that Fan Edits must never be bought or sold.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrwKZHv4OS0

It’s a great video, but I’m surprised it still needs to be made today. Spending money on a fanedit in this day and age would be like spending money on pornography. It ain’t 1999 no more.

I set up a big Plex system today and it was pretty cool and fun and now all my media is in one fancy-looking place. They even had backgrounds already in the system for my copies of Despecialized/Revisited.

Now I just need a dedicated media hard drive.

Keep Circulating the Tapes.

END OF LINE

Mini audio help pls.

Audio samples: http://rgho.st/7zsqgw9TJ

Which better audio? V1 or V2?

I am no expert - but I prefer V2 (‘sw4.aac’, 1.4mb) - the audio seems clearer - with more bass.

You may get more responses if you also post your question in the ‘Star Wars Preservations and Other Fan Projects’ section too.

Good luck puzosep 😃

The quicker, easier, more seductive path is one a fair few people seemingly choose to take (or a lack of knowledge that these are available for free elsewhere)…

And it’s easy money for these parasites who list them.

Leeches who also delete Harmy’s comments (and others’) from their sites and youtube channels.

And I still buy Playboy subscriptions for the ‘articles’, dammit 😉

Plex can be quite nice sometimes. Honestly, I mostly use it for the Dora and paw patrol DVDs that my little girl likes to watch. Sure beats turning on the Blu-ray player 3 times a day.

Unfortunately I suppose I could see them tricking people by listing them not as “Harmy’s Despecialized” but as “Theatrical Star Wars Trilogy” or something like that.

And I still buy Playboy subscriptions for the ‘articles’, dammit 😉

The funny thing is that if someone were paying for Playboy today I’d actually believe that they were doing it for the articles. I mean, they must be, right? Why else would they pay for it?

Sneakers is an early 90’s Robert Redford movie. One of the main characters is blind, and at the beginning of the film is reading a braille Playboy magazine similar to that one.
