I feel like the biggest issue is the skin color is too dark, which shouldn’t be terribly hard to fix (seems like you’ve already adjusted it, though I wonder if you could go further). His eyes also seem to be a little too squinty, don’t know if that’s adjustable though.

Based on the scene titles, “Mega Destroyer Incursion” is probably Tom Hardy’s cut elevator cameo. “Caretaker Village Sequence” may be the cut Luke lesson #3 from the Star Wars Show preview. For edit potential, I’m curious about the “Alternate Opening,” “Luke has a Moment,” and “Rey & Chewie in the Falcon.”
Amazingly, none of the deleted scenes’ names left me excited to see them. I was looking forward to them. Let’s hope they’re actually interesting.

Given what actually made it in the movie wasn’t largely interesting, I doubt the stuff they cut is much better.
I strongly suspect the deleted scenes will open up a whole new world of possible edits and storyline changes for everyone here. Like, just with the Canto stuff alone, the whole sequence could be redone and made more relevant.
Like, imagine if there’s enough dialogue to add a single line that would explain away a lot of the complaints about lack of exposition:
DJ : You know this Snoke? War profiteer.
A single line like that would explain Snoke’s entire power and presence.

No time code is shown, so I hope that’s how they look. It’s odd that the clips are in 16:9 format though. Maybe that’s how it was filmed and you just have to crop it for the movie? Or is it a cropped version of a wider ratio? We’ll see.

Maybe, but it doesn’t look like it. Assuming the time codes would look like the ones from TFA they would have to cut off the left side of the image but the framing of the shots look good, nothing seems to be missing. But we still don’t know if they will actually look like this on the home release, we’ll just have to wait and see.
Idea put in the crawl that there is a spy in the resistance so that fixs some issues with the holdo plot and that is why she wouldn’t tell the Resistance her plan.
Wasn’t it stated in the film that they believed there to be a spy due to the First Order’s ability to track them through hyperspace?

Found another YouTuber suggesting a spy subplot to the film to help improve it. Specifically, making Rose the spy.

While I don’t know if that idea would’ve worked or not, I do think it is interesting how multiple people have suggested that emphasizing at least the possibility of a spy would’ve helped improve the film.
Despite myself being at peace with the Luke Vs Kylo fight it would be really awesome if someone reimagined the fight & use 3d doubles to give us an actual saber fight!I know that would require alot of work but can happen right?

This is very very hypothetic but if someone would bother to add a fight I think actor doubles (with digital faces if needed) would be the easiest way (but far from easy) to pull it off convincingly. Of course it can happen, but I doubt it.
Also I’m not sure the projected light saber could clash with a real light saber.

You’d have to make all sorts of crazy changes. Would he live? You’d have to make crazy changes to Episode IX. So that might be nearly impossible. 😛

I think the best way to make Luke do something cooler in the movie is having the begin of his return happen in a moment when he sends the rebel cruiser through the Supremacy.
You’d use the bits of him contacting Leia to show him Force concentrating as the ship turns around and eventually flies through Snokes ship.

She’s too important to the plot to remove entirely. But, depending on who’s edit you’re watching, some of her more confrontational dialogue with Poe might be trimmed.
So, as one point in my “fix list” I have “fix Yoda’s face”. I think most of us agree that it was great to see the little puppet, but I’ve seen many say that there was something off about his look, which I agree with. I think it’s mostly due to the mouth which looks a bit different. So for my edit I’ll try to overlay and animate the correct Yoda mouth. Here’s a simple test image (original left, fixed right):
