I don’t know who this is, but it looks like Lux Interior, singer for the Cramps and a personal hero.
Romulan senator, manipulated by Captain Sisko and Garak to dupe the Romulans into helping Starfleet fight the Dominion. He wasn’t himself successfully manipulated, but his subsequent death (by Garak) was suspicious enough to get the job done.
Sisko doesn’t like it at all. But… he can live with it.

Actually I think it describes it perfectly.
I also never noticed Luke, I saw the green robot (but only because I never looked very closely). From far away, on a small screen, etc…it’s hard to see there’s even a face there due to the shadowing.
Now that I know, it’s hard to see the green robot anymore, unless I sort of unfocus and just casually glance at it, and then the green robot appears again.
Even I knew it was Luke, and I’m on my phone most of the time.

It’s easier to see it on a phone, you’re too close. It’s on a monitor where you’re not sitting with your face right up against it where it’s much less obvious.
