Maybe he’ll try to fly casual for once.

Though I doubt it.

As a function of time, the number of posts he makes seems to be going down, so we can have that to look forward to.

Haseo is not coming back - that sort of picture posted by him will not be tolerated on here - and was in clear breach of the Forum Rules.

Not only that - it obviously also reflects badly on the site itself.

On a slightly different topic, please read and consider this…

If it can be told, what was the pic?

I don’t remember exactly but I remember it was very firmly anti Muslim. And when a mod asked him to remove it, he initially complied then changed his mind and put it back to really stick it to everybody.

Possessed sums it up pretty well, Warbler.

The picture broke the forum rules being a slur on race, ethnicity & religion - whilst also alluding to pedophilia and bestiality too.

In Haseo’s own words the picture was ‘…vile in nature…’.

Stephen King’s IT, Page 423 of 1041. (7 pt. font on Universal Book Reader for Android. Physical book is in storage.)

which font family?

I can’t tell if that’s a serious question. E-Readers usually have multiple selectable fonts.

it wasn’t?

I also don’t understand why you would buy the physical book, but not read it. Reading a physical book is usually faster (according to the random research i have seen, google it yourself). Maybe if RayRogers was reading the book he would be done by now :p

That is intended to be good natured ribbing by the way.

Usually on the bus getting to work and also campus. Even bought the book well over 20 years ago, it’s in storage, and that’s just too much shit to lug around all day, everyday.

Also reading: Who Gives a Flying Fuck? by Handy Wankstein III.

No. That attitude towards fellow members isn’t on - and you’ve been warned about your attitude before.

Enjoy some time off from the site - I hope you use it wisely and improve on the attitude - as you are a decent poster without it…

Fair enough.

I still don’t really get it. I didn’t read it as malicious, just sarcastic. But maybe there’s a context I’m missing.

Yeah we’ll go with that.

Author

Yeah, that doesn’t make any sense. I see no “attitude” whatsoever in that post. Just a response to a post/question, then a change of subject that’s either completely on topic for the thread or a joke that isn’t at all out of place in Off Topic.

Completely undeserved ban, temp or not. Not cool.

I don’t think it’s a real book lol, but I also don’t think he was trying to hurt anybody. This is a perplexing one.

Kinda random, yeah. While I appreciate the weeding of trolls and the cracking down on unnecessarily rude behavior, I do wish the mod team would be a bit more transparent going forward. Like, when was he warned before? Do warnings stay with you forever and if you say one slightly dickish thing down the line you’re banned?

I’ve been known to be a bit snarky. Should I stop that from now on for fear of potential immediate banning?

Luckily I don’t have this problem. Also fup ur.

I too should be able to continue being my absolute uncensored and open self and be able to escape totally unscathed.

While I think RayRogers is something of a jerk and I don’t really like him, I share others’ opinion here; his banning, even if temporary, wasn’t warranted.

Agreed. I thought it would be for JMOing people’s project threads, but this seems innocuous.

I don’t really understand this either.
