Sounds a lot like the screeds by the socks of banned users early in the forum’s history.
Today, socks of banned users typically carry on their behavior, just under their new name. Rarely do you get angry, retaliatory rants from these socks nowadays.
We’ve had a few people in recent years who came back just to flip the bird. It’s unfortunate they can’t just accept the temp ban and overreact in this fashion.

A month sounds harsh. I don’t even remember what he did wrong.
He posted an offensive picture. Didn’t care that it offended people. Mod asked him to remove it. He complied, then grew angry and put it back anyway.
That sounds like something I’d do if I was having a bad day. IDK what the picture was though so maybe it was warranted.
