Technically, by pointing out “Here’s one,” he is alluding to the fact that the post is his, and he therefore owns it, so…

Was just browsing Hulu and saw the new cover for Batman Returns. Same style as the new Supermans that were posted. Just as ugly. Just as off-putting.

Streaming doesn’t count though.

More Superman.

That beats the crap out of the last Superman cover that was posted.
Really, I guess I’ve got no problem with that twofer cover.
O yeah, it’s not nearly as bad as those other ones, it’s just lazy imo.

All 2-film collection covers are terrible. Also 3-film collection covers, and 4-film collection covers, and…

Like I said on the previous page, Batman films got the same treatment as Superman. I’m too lazy to post all 4 of them but they’re crap.
And in the time of greatest despair, there shall come a savior, and he shall be known as the Son of the Suns.

Having just bought these I disagree:
Okay, BB isn’t great but it’s using the poster art.
And in the time of greatest despair, there shall come a savior, and he shall be known as the Son of the Suns.
Actually, Hot Shots! brings these to mind which actually do belong to this thread:

When did Hot Shots come out on Blu Ray?
And since we’re getting a widescreen version of the Superman tv cut, it could be in a plain brown wrapper at this point. I’m buying it. 😉
Where were you in '77?
That Speed twofer cover is all kinds of wrong. The more you look at it, the more things you see (The bus/boat clip art wasn’t even the first thing). Why anybody would want such a thing is another question… I’d pay extra to not include Speed 2!
Do intentionally cheesy spoof covers for intentionally cheesy spoof movies (like Hot Shots!) count as bad?
VIZ TOP TIPS! - PARENTS. Impress your children by showing them a floppy disk and telling them it’s a 3D model of a save icon.

When they are lazy Photoshop works, yes. Looks like they’ve just pasted Charlie Sheen’s head and other objects together including simple layer styles. He even has two pairs of sunglasses in the first photo!

I think that fits the spirit of the film and is probably intentional (or maybe even in the original photo).
It’s not funny, but neither was the movie.

That’s just where the head came from. And the two pairs of sunglasses would be a gag that fits right into this movie.
Look, I’m not defending this. It’s just a dumb cover for a dumb movie. The quality of the two seems equal.

Looks more like the Man Who Failed to Bath
Bowie is Max Headroom?

That cover is quite the space oddity…
A little patience goes a long way on this old-school Rebel base. If you are having issues finding what you are looking for, these will be of some help…
