Whom here speaks Irish Gaelic?

I'm brewing a new batch of beer that I've named DORCHADAS STOUT for my wife’s B-Day (Irish she be; by genetics that is and the last Gaelic speaker has since passed on) pronunciation of the word DORCHADAS (dorkdas, doorchadas???) anywhere. I’d REALLY like to be able to pronounce it so I don’t look like a total fool

Thanks in advance!!!

Rik mate - according to my mother it is pronounced Durr-uh-kuh-dus - with the empathis on the double rr in the 'durr' part.

Hope it helps mate
