I tried to make some of these last night, but I think the tofu was perhaps a little too firm, so it didn’t blend right, and after 9 of them I gave up and remade it into a spaghetti sauce.

For months now I’ve been eating Natto for breakfast. I used to have it with a rice bowl but now I have it with a 50/50 rice and Quinoa bowl with vegetables, and Kimchi. It’s groovy.

Bread and butter pudding - Aldi do a pretty tasty version of it. Piping hot - with custard… and it’s almost as good as the quality home-made versions mum and nan used to make. A decent sized serving for two as well - good value at £2.20.
Part of the ‘5 a day thing’ (it has currents in - so it counts 😉)
A little patience goes a long way on this old-school Rebel base. If you are having issues finding what you are looking for, these will be of some help…
