Trying to locate multi disk dvd cover

Can anyone remember what site those multi disk covers were on? The link was posted somewhere on this site a while back. I think it was designed for the official dvd's, an all in one 10 disk box and had a mosaic of the characters on the cover from both trilogies.

impressive covers - bit like the bloke who designed the metal tin dvd boxsets (Champagne something or other?)

A little patience goes a long way on this old-school Rebel base. If you are having issues finding what you are looking for, these will be of some help…

Now does anyone have an idea where I might be able to aquire those multi disc DVD cases? I've tried "google" but maybe I'm searching under the wrong name,
