A thread to talk about your favourite (or not so…) streaming services - Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV+, HBO Max, Paramount Plus, Amazon Prime Video, Peacock, AMC+, Starz, Showtime, MGM+, FXNow, BBC iPlayer, ITVX etc, and all things on-demand…

…including price increases, the accumulative costs of various streaming services, difficulties in cancelling subscriptions, the quality of packages and service, as well as screen image quality etc.

As well as the range of choice on offer for particular services - and the removal or alteration of certain promoted content.
 

 
There is a specific Disney+ thread here (mainly for Star Wars content) - and JayArgonaut’s Inside Edition: Inside One of the Last VHS Rental Stores in America has some relevance to the subject of streaming services (and a resurgence in physical media). 👍

Another one to add is Fawesome (https://fawesome.tv). Similar to Tubi.

I’d forgot about all the various free streaming sites out there (the legal sites!) - be good to have an up-to-date list of those.

I often forget about Pluto myself! The likes of Tubi, Roku, U, Sling, PBS, Filmzie, Fandango, Xumo, Rakuten TV, and Kanopy too.

Fawesome looks decent - nice range of content as well, nice one. 👍
