I’m really hoping that they don’t do the death checklist thing like Rogue One did. If people are going to die, there should be a good reason, not just because fans are bloodthirsty.

I don’t think anyone died in the Infinity Gauntlet comic, though. Well, half the population of the universe, but only for a few issues IIRC.

I want to see them bring Tony Stark’s character to an epic end. That’s the story element I care most about since he’s my favorite MCU character and the one that started it all.

Tony needs to die a permanent death. Not because I don’t want more RDJ/Stark in the MCU, mind you - because it’s the only proper ending for his character arc throughout the MCU.
Cap should die, too, probably. And that’s just because it’s fitting that he’d sacrifice himself, not because it needs to happen the way Tony’s death does.

I don’t believe it. Why would they just walk away from it when it’s doing so well? From what I gather, it’s meant as an end to Phase Three, but there are still things planned to come from Phase Four.

At this point I do feel like RDJ’s Stark has kinda run its course. Evans’s Cap is nearing that too, though I feel like there’s still more there. Hemsworth’s Thor just became finally interesting, so I’d be very disappointed to see him go. Otherwise, I love Holland’s Spidey and the whole Black Panther crew, and I like Cumberbatch’s Strange enough that I’m willing to proceed with new team ups.

Oh, I wasn’t saying it would be the actual end of the MCU, but that it’s designed as the culmination of everything until now. Like a season finale rather than a series finale, if you will.
