So much for personal responsibility.

“So much for”?

Donald J. Trump never takes personal responsibility for anything unless it can make him money or make him feel even more self-important.

Personal responsibility is supposedly a Republican thing. Trump isn’t the only Republican saying things like this.

Unfortunately people do get murdered all the time, but an attack like this does not happen all the time(I certainly hope it do not become routine). I wasn’t trying to distract from my country’s political problems and corruptions. I was just talking about an attack that happened today who that quote indicates who was behind it. How this invites copy cat violence, I do not know.

Its a sad factor of mass shootings and crimes like this one that the perpetrators are seeking infamy to conclude their unregarded life. By publicising the supposed religious angle to these murders it does give people a hook to build their murder/suicide delusions on. “I’ll make them remember me”

Unfortunately, these mass murders are news stories and therefore so are the motivations of the murderer.

They don’t care to be remembered personally, they do it for a politically-tinged religious purpose.

The day I wake up, turn on the telly, and find out Trumpy hasn’t swallowed both feet again I’ll probably faint from shock.

There’s another sealed indictment.

Scroll down to the part where they’re talking about Indictment (A) and Indictment (B). The one we just saw was (B). (A) is still under seal. Nobody is sure why, but one reason for this would be if the person under Indictment (A) is still cooperating and providing useful information to the investigation.

I’m certain I would if it was literally the only thing keeping me from being thrown in federal “pound-me-in-the-ass” prison.

This is disgusting.

President Trump’s lawyers argued in a new court filing late Tuesday that he was expressing a political opinion last year when he called accusations of sexual misconduct against him as false and the accusers “liars,” seeking to dismiss a defamation complaint by a woman who said he groped her.

Well here’s a weird side-effect of everyone in our country owning a gun…

http://www.denverpost.com/2017/11/02/shoppers-pulled-weapons-walmart-shooting/

When a gunman opened fire inside a Walmart in Thornton Wednesday night, shoppers screamed and ran for cover — and others pulled out their own handguns.

But those who drew weapons during the shootings ultimately delayed the investigation as authorities pored over surveillance videotape trying to identify the assailant who killed three people, police said Thursday.

Although authorities said “a few” individuals drew handguns, they posed no physical hazard to officers. But their presence “absolutely” slowed the process of determining who, and how many, suspects were involved in the shootings, said Thornton police spokesman Victor Avila.

It took more than five hours to identify the suspect, 47-year-old Scott Ostrem, who is accused in the seemingly random shootings. The problem for investigators came when they reviewed the surveillance footage and had to follow each individual with a firearm until they could eliminate them as a suspect.

And

The presence of armed civilians at a crime scene can potentially be either a help or a hindrance to police, said Joseph Pollini, professor and deputy chair of the Law and Police Science Department at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.

“It can work both ways,” said Pollini, who also worked 30 years as a New York City cop. “In one, you have law abiding citizens present at the scene of a shooting that could terminate it, assist in apprehending the individual. But generally as a rule, you turn to the police for that aspect. It’s not common for civilians to do the job of police, and the fact that they carry firearms can very much complicate things.”

Oh, Carter Page really should have had a lawyer present to prevent him from saying this.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._Hubbell

So either he’s saying every single document in his possession incriminates him personally, or he’s just needlessly antagonized a bunch of US Reps and probably landed himself cause for an obstruction and conspiracy charge. Not that the House itself will do anything under current leadership, but they’ve all got phone numbers for the FBI.

Actually fewer and fewer people own guns in the US, but those who own them own more and more of them. The increasing guns-per-capita statistics hide this.

Surely the post office or P.O. box type business can assist in figuring out who mailed them? I would think a mass mailing that large doesn’t go unnoticed. Those responsible might have even been dumb enough to get all that crap printed somewhere. The part about cricket fields is kind of random.
How can you even mail stuff anonymously in 2017?

I’d say it’s still pretty easy to mail anonymously. My family got mailed white supremacist literature via USPS, we handed it over to the cops, and… nada. It’s been years. I’d be more interested to know if any hidden copier or printer codes are buried in those images. We’d probably have a better chance uncovering where those were produced than where they were mailed. Also, I know a postal inspector. It’s all about people mailing drugs, so the resources are already committed elsewhere.
