It obviously got me thinking about Mace's 'demise' in Episode III - if not killed by Palpatine's lightening attack - he could have well survived a fall of such height - or have used 'The Force' to grapple onto something or slow his descent on the way down (no hands withstanding).
So is Mace 'really' dead, if so what killed him - the fall, the lightening or a combination of both? Or is he living as a chef with Obi-Wan's mate, Drex?
