Does anyone have versions of the cover that I can edit?? I LOVE them but I’m in England so I want them to look like official UK releases.

First off - LOVE THESE! They are amazing! Could you post “poster” size versions of these for use with Plex? It simply uses a 1.5 size ratio (1000x1500). I made my own from your leaflets artwork since cropping the covers leaves out too much, but I’d much rather have the covers! If there is a way to create these, that would be great!

Thanks again!

Absolutely excellent work and I’m excited to see the future updates on this project now that ROTJ v2.5 MKV has officially been been released.

I am unable to download these covers? The website say the link doesn’t exist or the images have been taken down?

Hi !

I just updated the head post of this thread with the links to the latest version of the set, you may now ignore all links outside of this updated first post.

You can now have :

  • the direction to the torrent for the latest ISOs (SW v2.5, ESB v2.0, ROTJ v2.5)
  • the printable PDFs of the set
  • the editable AIs editable set
  • a “make your own set” package containing the logos, fonts, cover templates and my cleaned artworks

Enjoy !

Hi ! No, I haven’t done anything of the kind for the Prequels (I’m currently trying to live under the impression that these films don’t exist), but I think the only catch is the limited options of official artworks and title-logos, as compared with the OT. But I may pull something together in the near future, and for TFA also.

phildesfr - if Towne32’s new recolorization project is completed and becomes Despecialized SW 2.6 - would it be possible for you to use that in one of your BD iso files? I think many of us are patiently waiting for Harmy’s ESB 2.5 release so you can update ESB and then we’ll will be grabbing your iso files. Very nice work!

For my ISOs, I’ll stick to Harmy’s versions (and I’ll definitely update the ESB ISO with v2.5 when released, of course). But if you wish to make a blu-ray out of any other version, muxing a BD from an MKV with TsMuxer is exceedingly easy, choosing only the audio and subtitles tracks (with the only limitation of 64 tracks overall): http://www.videohelp.com/software/tsMuxeR

I’ve used TsMuxer before with the MKV to Blu-ray. So are you saying that if one downloaded you ISO files, one could go in reverse and add in a different MKV and then muxe it back to an ISO? I would like to keep all your additional BD-rom features.

Also - just as FYI - if Towne32 project is completed, which it looks like it will be, Harmy is giving his blessing to call it Harmy’s 2.6. Pretty cool!

I’d second a 2.6 BD-ISO. Although if it comes to it, I’d probably replace the m2ts files with the 2.6 ones, but I don’t know if that’d work.

Ol’ George has the GOUT, I see.

Hello phildesfr!

I try to download your BD Roms, but there are no seeders oder peers anymore. Is there an other way to download your BDs?

Greetings

UPDATED POST ! Here is the latest version of my set, I removed the “despecialized edition” label, as many users on this forum asked for, updated the audio and subs options, especially for ROTJ on account of the release of v2.5. Here’s how it looks now :

http://s14.postimg.org/dtj5ht229/DISPLAY_slipcovers.jpg
http://s14.postimg.org/i1dxqk3ht/DISPLAY_cases.jpg
http://s14.postimg.org/uoyagt7sh/DISPLAY_discs.jpg

http://s14.postimg.org/sferjso8h/DISPLAY_ESB.jpg
http://s14.postimg.org/gp0u2evg1/DISPLAY_ROTJ.jpg

For some reason, the blu-ray muxing is limited to 64 tracks (video, audio and subs), so I chose to exclude the russian voiceover audio track and some subs from Project Threepio, and keep “only” 3 english audio tracks for each film: 5.1 and 2.0 DTS-HD and 1993 LD DD, hoping to satisfy as much the purists as well as world-wide fans.

Here’s a link to a .txt of all the download links you may need:

  • the directions to download the Blu-ray ISOs
  • the printable PDFs of the blu-ray set
  • the editable AIs file of the blu-ray set
  • the templates, logos and cleaned artworks to design your own blu-ray set

http://mega.nz/#!owdRzYaQ!AkwyN6q54h9rmcl3oSNHXZ-Gw5xHb28S_zzOEuZaM64

I’ll be updating the ESB ISO as soon as Empire despecialized v2.5 is released, and in the meantime, I’ll also try to get my hands on the Team Negative 1 35mm restored version, and maybe mux a blu-ray out of it.

I’d also like to apologize for my very poor response rate on this forum, I’m just very not used to this kind of web communication and keeping up-to-date on the boards, but I try to take into account everything that’s being written here.

Cheers, and enjoy !

There’s going to be a ESB v2.5 release?

Do you have any plans to design a cover for TFA that matches these?

I’d love to download these covers for the blu Ray editions, but the links aren’t working! Can anyone please help me out? Thanks!

Phil, excellent work, and I love your covers, but the torrent for the BD files is very slow, I’m stuck on 87.9% just on the first film. Are you seeding, or are there other methods for download? Thanks!

I too am wondering what’s up. My brother’s birthday was yesterday and I’d love to send him this set. I’ve been downloading the entire torrent for two days now and have stopped dead, coincidentally, at 77% (89.2% on ANH). I’m a living Futurama caricature when I say I wish it were faster than 2 MB/s.

Ive been downloading this (all 3 in one torrent) for perhaps 3 or 4 weeks now and im currently on 77%. Its been consistently downloading over this time never stuck on one number. Sometimes the downloading speed picks up but most of the time 5-20 kbs
