Well that's kind of scary. Why would you want the USSR back? I think if the countries that left it wanted to be back in it they would have signed up by now right? So why would you use your one magic wish to make all those people get joined back into that place?

I would create a law for the whole world that says every movie ever made and every new movie, must be released on all formats with the best picture and sound quality available and must include the original theatrical version and all other versions in existence. The countries left Russia, not the Soviet Union. The only country that left the Communist party was Yugoslavia but it remained communist so If I bring back the USSR it will include all the original states.
