LaserSch - Very well done - nice weathering effect on the logo and silver bars and yes, the Vader fac from the back of the LP would have been a nice touch - Im gonna give it a try with my vader face

JupiterPrime,

Please forgive me if this has already been posted, but I read through this thread and can't seem to find out where your site is...If I could get that link or info, I would definitely like to register, etc in order to get your covers. They look great!

Thanks so much,
Zack

Zack - you probably need to turn on your PM function - you can access it under the 'profile' bit.

Laserschwert - that's some great work.

Have you tried the torrent on MySpleen that Rikter put up?

That sucker has like 800MB of Star Wars DVD Covers. Definitely worth the download

If you don't have an account on MySpleen, register and then after you sign-in, go to the Torrents thread here at the OT Forum and locate the direct link to the Covers torrent. That is really your best bet. It has the "Faces" covers and many more

Anyone making any plans for an ISOMIX Cover set?

^ It may be easier for the people who do the great work designing the covers to work on a general cover, and then use for eg - an 'ISOMIX' or 'TR47' or 'Dr Gonzo' logo or lettering to place on each cover - and also changing any aspect ratio and sound changes too?

Yeah, I didn't expect them to make entirely new covers.

That is some funny stuff. There's just so much wrong with that.

Made for IE Forum's Episode III theme month - May 2005.

That cover is horrid, although the layout its self is ok.
But it looks like the english summary was stuck through a translator
and no gammar corrections were made; its complete nonsence.

I have that exact bootleg, it's rather amusing. I also have the Ep 1 boot that matches it and it is equally bad. They are chinese copies from the mainland somewhere.

Is that the glare off of the plastic of the DVD case, or is that chrome actually shiny?

The printout preview posted is what you get when printing the cover on silver foil-like paper or on a transparent placed in front of a silver / chrome like background. Because of the reflective nature of the material they're printed on it's almost impossible to get a good shot of what they look like when printed out. It really looks good though.

The boxset spines ligned up:

Flat preview of the ROTJ cover (mind you, the front and spine hadn't been finalised yet back then, the above posted preview is the final version):

I'll make arrangements so you can dowload em. Just keep em to yourself ;-)

so i am really really interested in getting a hold of these covers, any one know the best way to contact the artist??
