I got back to ya a bit ago - I was badly injured last sat. and have not been very active on the forum on the PC at all> (the pain killers are just to much for me)

ANYWAY - I do have another offer on this set that I'm working on - I don't think you'll get the dual layer set as blank discs cost about $40 for the 3 discs shipped to the supplier - I have a few links that I PM'd you in regards to getting an actual pressed DVD silver set from.

I think it's something we'd all like to be able to hear.

If I can get it I will host them

Cool new black 4 disc cover too.

Any chance of posting it here sometime in the near future or is the CD Cover torrents the way to go (the new cover is on there) ?

Do you have a white/inksaver version of the new cover?

cheers rikter, you come through again just as you said.

Now if only I could twist your arm, and get you to upload the magnolifan edits as VOB files instead of xvid rips.

There's a torrent of the 3 SW radio dramas at suprnova.org (save this direct link to your disk!)

I did get them from there. They are good quality and complete. Though, english is not my first language, and it's not always easy to follow what is being said... Is there a transcription available somewhere?

Han: Hey Lando! You kept your promise, right? Not a scratch?
Lando: Well, what’s left of her isn’t scratched. All the scratched parts got knocked off along the way.
Han (exasperated): Knocked off?!

ANH: 5 hours 56 minutes (13 parts)
TESB: 4 hours 22 minutes (10 parts)
ROTJ: 3 hours 12 minutes (6 parts)

You can put 2 parts on each CD (each part is roughly 30 minutes long), so fifteen CDs would be enough

Well, it's finally finished. I am now enjoying my revamped 24fps with 2-3 pulldown Star Wars DVD. Man, is it smooooth Barring software that would allow fro frame-by-frame restoration, this is about as good as it will get.

I even had enough room to use the original digital PCM track, since I got better video quality with a lower bitrate. A big THANKS to all the homies in this thread for putting up with my questions and mistakes.

You should send a finished copy to Prillaman (http://prillaman.net/starwarsdvd.html) and he can review it and compare to the ones already out there. How ‘bout it?

Hello,

I just wanted to find out, the best versions of the LD to DVDs of the OT Star Wars are the TR47 and the Anamorphic Versions am i correct or are there more? Also whats the best versions of the LD to DVDs of the 1997 SE Star Wars.(i would like a copy of them just incase my vhs stuff up).

Btw i can get DL discs for AU$4.50 each and if you set the book type to dvd-rom(can only do this on liteons sonys and the new nec DL) you will pretty much eliminate compatibility problems on some dvds players

THANKS!!

- I'm still broken - I need to go in for a followup JUST to be sure my ankle is not broken sometime this week!)

- I like the cover too

- I'll be doing a Forum Exculsive CD soon with my new covers and all the latest ones that have been released here on the forums PLEASE give me a few weeks as there are some covers I'd like to see appear on the forum first JUST so the disc will be complete - I will no longer be including the covers from the pillerman.com site anymore as they are very well known and most of you already have them. (That and this saves like 200 MB!)

- Just give me some time as I have a few plans going on and i still need to reformat my PC

Damn man, $4.50 each? I pay about $1.20/DVD-R (Ridata, yes I'm moving up in the world, before it was Ritek, now I've decided to try Ridata - yes it's the same thing: here) including paper sleeves and postage, they really have the bring the prices on DL media down. And how long does it take to burn those things? I can hook you up with the TR47 and/or Anamorphic discs + covers CD just send me a PM (you have to enable them first). We're not allowed to discuss 1997 SE bootlegging here, and I don't have any SE bootlegs anyway. And who manufactures the "Sony" drives you speak of? Are they just rebadged lite-on's? I'm pretty sure Sony don't just sell drives just from one manufacturer.

Not that I'd pay money for a Sony drive when I can have liteons. Hey Rik, what media do you use?
