Looks like 3rd place is definately up for grqbs between JediSage, Shim and Warb - perhaps even the dark horse Ricarleite could make a late surge...

I apologize for being so late with my moves in the tournament. I've been very busy as of late. But I am back now and am ready to complete the games.

I need a tournament ruling from you guys. I am back too late for my moves with "Dirtywookie". SchemingMind said I was timed out. But "Dirtywookie never abandoned the games. SchemingMind still let me make moves in the games. But, by most rules I would have lost the games on time. If you guys wish, I shall resign from both games. I asked "Dirtywookie" what he wants me to do using the game comments. He has not as yet responded. my fate is in you're hands, I shall abide by your wishes.

In answer to your 'time-out' query - it may be best asking JediSage what he thinks, he set up the tournament - so his opinion should probably carry more weight than mine.

Personally, IMHO IF DirtyWookie is ok with carrying on continuing the games then go for it - the more chess games playd the better

I have asked all in the tournament included JediSage and Dirtywookie. I agree that their opinions the most weight especially Dirtywookie. I will only continue those games if I get the expressed approval of Dirtywookie, JediSage, and the approval of the majority of those competing in the tournament. I believe that is the only fair way to do it.
