I’m trying to find the best fan edits that just restore deleted scenes rather than removing things. Can anyone suggest the best ones?

Possibly a weird request but has anyone recut the Weekly Planet commentary for the original Star Wars to fit the Despecialized Edition? I wanted to replace one of the commentary tracks from the NJVC BD50 disc with that one. I know the BD50s for Empire and Jedi had the Weekly Planet commentaries on them but not for the original movie. I’d like to add it to my personal copy but I’m not great with audio editing to get it to fit the movie so I was just curious if it’s been done already.
