I’d love a copy. Looks like the YouTube link was taken down.
EDIT 2025:
After being copyright struck, we have decided to no longer distribute copies of this fanedit, Fantastic Four 1994 Ultimate Remaster. We are not risking this and we have complied with this DMCA. Thanks for the support everyone, it’s been fun.

Please, send me a copy.
I’ve been searching for this, I would really appreciate a copy, thank you
link for the fantastic four fan restoration?
Hey, you still got that drive link? Can you share it?
Greetings!
Do you think you can kindly share with me a link to see your improved version? Unlike many others I do enjoy the work you do today thanks to new technologies.
I would be very grateful if you could share a copy of your work that for sure and from the screenshots looks fantastic!
I love to be able to see this. Just by the screenshot alone, I’m blown away by how impressive it looks. Any way I can get a link to download this or at least just watch it?
I’d love to see this copy! Has anyone managed to get in touch with OP? Or has someone managed to download it already before the link went down?
Please
I’d love a link… Excited to see this project!
I’d love a link, very curious to the work
Hi there, I see a lot of people requesting links. Links will be sent to users who are reliable users of OT.com and appreciators of fanedits. This is a fanedit, no copyright infringement intended. If you made an account just now and are a new poster asking for a link, a link won’t be shared.

I’d love a copy as well please! 😃

I just made my account, as an appreciator of fan edits and fan of cinema, I’d love to see your copy. Why choose to gatekeep something to a website I hadn’t heard of until now but went out of my way to make an account for?

My position stands.

Real scumbag move 🤷🏻♂️
You don’t have to be like that man. It’s just a movie 😕
A campy one at that.

Wanted to reach out and say that I’m grateful for the effort put into this by yourself and whoever else assisted in this great remastering effort! Secondly, I wonder where you sourced this first-gen copy with the red tint from? Would it be from the blu-ray that was released alongside the DOOMED! blu-ray release, found here: https://tinyurl.com/ffdoomed As the producers of DOOMED! claim that the copy their offering is from a “first-generation source - the original 3/4” U-Matic layoff (from telecine) that was the source for the all the bootlegs out there."

Clearly interest in this movie is picking up because of the new MARVEL The Fantastic Four: First Steps movie. Everyone wants to see the best version of this film possible, too many VHSRips floating around and oh, well.

It is not. It was sourced from S.J Reed.
But, I am fairly sure that the Reed DVD source comes from the same telecine, but it was probably an earlier transfer made years ago. The new blu-ray release appears to be from the same tape, but with more damage and age to the original source. So that is technically true. Look, I’m not an expert. We just got lucky with the sources and all.
We are also planning on making this upload available publicly on other streaming sites (probably not Youtube). Believe me, I’m not trying to hoard this. I just want to protect it.

I think considering the lack of decent sources, your remastering is a GIANT step up from anything floating on the web. The telecine copy available on DOOMED! Blu-Ray site does look more damaged, that’s why I was wondering where you sourced yours from.
I don’t think you’re trying to hoard this project. I think you realize that it took time to work on it and you’ve set your parameters clear that about who’s getting a copy for now: active OT users. Also, people could get a copy from you and distribute it online.
I wanted to know if you plan on posting any before/after clips to highlight the changes. I’m more interested in the actual remastering work and that entire process.

We would love to make a video about the process and the inspiration behind that. Look guys, I love this movie and I am happy you all express interest in this fanedit.
I want to maintain something:
This is a non-profit project. I will never make this available for sale, because selling fanedits is illegal. I love movies, fanedits, etc. My intent is to simply share it with those who are trustworthy first to make sure this isn’t spread into unreliable hands 😃

I can’t wait to see the before/after clips from the remastering process! This movie has had a bad rap over all the wrong reasons, and the actress who played Sue Storm even mentioned in the DOOM! documentary that she believes more people have seen it compared to if it was released in theaters.
I think somewhere out there, there is a 35mm film reel with the movie on it, until then, your remaster may just be the only way to enjoy the film in 2025. 😉

Real scumbag move 🤷🏻♂️
It isn’t gatekeeping - nor is it a scumbag move.
Some project creators choose to make their projects available to others who make a contribution to the community here (whether that is helping out around the place; answering queries, discussing projects, talking about the OT, Star Wars, film, tv, music, media, or life in general… or members who leave thanks, feedback, or reviews for projects). It is completely up to them.
It isn’t difficult to become a part of the community here - just a little effort with joining in on the discussions.
