Okay, guys... I'd like to ask what are your 3 most favored themes in the Star Wars films...
You can't say "Oh I like them all!" because there has GOT to be at least one theme you listen to
more than any other ones...

My favorites are:

1. The Throne Room and Finale (from the credits of Episode III... alot more majestic sounding and longer)
2. Han Solo and the Princess
3. Duel of the Fates ( I have yet to hear a bigger and less annoying sounding orchestrial arrangement similar to the Duel of the fates music briefly shown in Episode II where Anakin is looking for his mom.)

As it's not listed as a separate entity on any of the soundtracks, the love theme between Han and Leia in all its incarnations.

There is no lingerie in space…

I don't know how to place this in order, but I got out my soundtracks just to make sure...and THIS IS HARD, let me stress that much

LIGHT OF THE FORCE (basically, a variation of the Force theme, when Luke is lighting the funeral pyre) - this literally has just moved me to tears
YODA AND THE FORCE (when Yoda is lifting the X-Wing out of the swamp)
IMPERIAL MARCH (how could you not pick it, really?)

But I really do love it all. Even though I hate the PT, DUEL OF THE FATES deserves a mention, but even more than that Han and Leia's romantic theme is really stirring.

In no particular order:

1) Binary Sunset
2) Love Theme, Ep. II
3) Luke and Leia's Theme
4) Award Ceremony
5) Emperial March
6) Dual between Father and Son, ROTJ <--- this is some of the most emotional powerful music and it is only like 32 seconds long. You can almost feel the music swell in your chest as Luke attacks his father in pure fury in order to protect his sister from the Dark Side.

Binary Sunset for me - though most of the tracks of it I've heard of it are quite short - or morph into another theme

A little patience goes a long way on this old-school Rebel base. If you are having issues finding what you are looking for, these will be of some help…

Yes, the end to Empire is one of my favorite tracks. It contains everything that makes its soundtrack better than any other other movies. Han and Leia's theme, then Rebel Fanfare, then Yoda's theme, then Imperial March, and then Han and Leia again! It's just amazing!
