I’m currently watching ORF1, it is definitely the BR version. Sorry guys!

I’m pretty sure it will be the BR version, the listed times seems to be the BR times accelerated to 25 fps (PAL standard).
Otherwise it could be the early theatrical source (that ORF1 already broadcasted in 2014) as schorman is guessing; anyway, there is no other source such as a 35mm telecine (AFAIK).

I’ll try to capture the .TS stream (unfortunately, my IPTV provider streams ORF1 at 720p, not 1080p).

The Blu-Ray version is about 130 minutes when played at 25fps and the theatrical is about 127. Excluding the credits, the Blu-Ray is 125 minutes and the Theatrical is about 122.

Playtime is listed as 125 minutes, so they are likely going to play the Blu-ray version and are just not including the Credits in the time calculation.

Edit:

Shoot! missed the last post. That’s a bummer. Thanks for checking

I’ve recorded the recent Channel 4HD DVB-T2 airings of the Sequel Trilogy if anyone is interested in screengrabs and stats. 😃

Greetings,

Long-time lurker newb here. Back in 2015 someone had downloaded the Cinemax HDTV 2006 D-VHS captures,
I was curious if these were available somewhere?

Star Wars 4 A New Hope.ts
Star Wars 5 The Empire Strikes Back.ts
Star Wars 6 Return of the Jedi.ts

Kinda curious to see these versions as I already have Schorman’s HDTV project.
Thanks…,
