I still hope for an eventual series focusing on the Imperial or a ‘Dark Sider’ POV - even if a one season limited series on Disney+ - animated or live action…

Maybe something set in the era of post-ROTJ / The Mandalorian era - or maybe between ROTS and Star Wars '77; seeing the transition from Republic to The Empire - and the effects and POV it had on the people now working for The Empire. Something like that anyway…

The 1994 ‘Tie Fighter’ game adapted into a film perhaps? I started to play it a while back then it began glitching a lot, so I don’t know the full story, but apparently it’s very good. A film or show following your everyday group of Imperial pilots would be welcomed by me too.

I want a sequel to Rise of Skywalker even if its just a standalone film or few episode streaming show.

I want to see Rey rebuild the Jedi order and take Finn as her student. Finn as a Jedi Knight would be pretty badass.

I just want a happy ending for everything finally after what Luke, Han and Leia had to sacrifice.

I also wouldn’t mind Lando finding his lost daughter.

I hope they jut keep exploring different characters corners of the galaxy with Disney+ series. I love the idea of focusing on what else was going on. I liked the sequels, but Disney rushed the production immediately after the sale an the directors did the best they could. I think they seem more organized with what they want to do now.

Patty Jenkins background sounds perfect for Rogue Squadron, but I don;t think that is the beginning of a new trilogy. I don’t think the will return to the man saga eventually. I’d love to see Rey pass on what she’s learned and what happened to everyone else too.

With any luck…

Apparently Rogue Squadron (2023) is set after The Rise of Skywalker. Glad they’re returning to that era after a bit of a break.

I also wouldn’t mind Lando finding his lost daughter.

Hopefully this will happen in the upcoming Lando series.

Look no further than the Lego Star Wars Holiday Special.

With just having recently binge watched the fan edits of Ep 1-3, Harmy’s 4-6, and watched the normal eps of 7-9 plus the side movies over the Crimbo period, I’m edging more on the darker side. A full on dark movie of Darth Vader would be grand.

But then again, any movie about a side character can be good as long as the story captures attention.

They need to ignore the naysayers who post nonsense on YouTube and Twitter. They’re never going to please everyone all of the time, so just make movies and tv shows faithful to the original trilogy - the trilogy which made it successful.

They’re onto a winner anyway but for some strange reason, people just want to post hate.

Disney has been fantastic for Star Wars

Thankfully, I think the general consensus is that the people who do nothing but hate on new content are very much an outspoken minority. Rian Johnson certainly voiced this opinion.
