Well it’s the Falcon’s theme though… right?

Author

Technically, no, though one could argue the Rebel fanfare has become a musical motif for the Falcon.

The original track is called “TIE Fighter Attack.”

The ROTJ track is sometimes referred to as “Superstructure Chase.”

And here it’s used in TLJ during “The Battle of Crait.”

(To illustrate my previous point, here it is as the background music for a space battle in Rebel Assault II.)

Albeit, when it does play during the films, the Falcon is featured front and center.

Thinking of it as the Falcon’s theme kinda helps lessen the “cheap shot” feel… I like that.

And video games don’t count. It’s a totally different medium and people (myself included) would be pissed if they didnt re-use the best and most exciting musical cues during the game…

I find it amusing some things Frink has done for gags in his edits turn out to be mostly canon.
Dooku was a drinker, who knew? 😛

lore master, i think. it had a different name for a while that didn’t even have anything to do with SW. i quite like some of his videos.

There’s another fellow who essentially makes an audio version of the comics and the voice acting is fairly good. Not sure how they avoid the wrath of Disney on that.

I can’t watch right now, how does this relate to something I did?

You made Dooku drunk in the meeting with the Trade Federation guys. It’s apparently canon that Dooku likes his wine.

There’s another video about Palpatine, but that would spoil ROTR for some.

Has anyone ever sped up the Force vision scene in ESB, just to see what it looks like at normal speed?

Was asked to give a shout-out to the much overlooked ‘Rebel Legion’, so here goes…

‘Celebrating the Good Guys: The History of the Rebel Legion’ - https://www.starwars.com/news/history-of-the-rebel-legion-part-1

‘Rebel Legion is an international fan-based volunteer organization dedicated to the construction and wearing of screen-accurate Star Wars Rebel Alliance costumes. Founded in 2000, the group was formed in response to the decision of sister organization the 501st Legion to remain dedicated to Galactic Empire costumes. The Rebel Legion makes appearances at private and public events, including charitable events and official Star Wars promotional events. The organization does not charge a fee for appearances, instead encouraging a donation to a charity. It is divided into “bases” located throughout the world, and as of January 2018, the Rebel Legion membership is over 4300 members.’

&

‘Giving back to the community is one of the Rebel Legion’s highest priorities. Members regularly participate in events to raise awareness of charitable causes, from walk-a-thons to blood drives. Because of this, the Rebel Legion proudly refers to themselves as “the good guys.” For public and private gatherings, the Legion never charges a fee for an appearance, but they do welcome donations made to an event host’s favorite charity in the name of the Legion or the local Legion unit. If an event host does not have a charity of choice, Legion members usually provide a suggestion, sometimes tied to a fundraising effort that is already underway. In cases where the event host is itself a charitable organization, a donation is usually not accepted by the Rebel Legion as they volunteer their time for that charitable organization.’ - from wikipedia.

A little patience goes a long way on this old-school Rebel base. If you are having issues finding what you are looking for, these will be of some help…

If there is one scene in the first SW that doesn’t make any sense it’s when Han and Chewie chase after the stormtroopers only to meet a dead end when in the Death Star.

Think about it. The stormtroopers outnumber Han and Chewie 5 or 6 to 2, yet they run away like scared little children and only fight back when they’re cornered.

It was a bunch of new recruits on their first (and last) week, and they’re not as brave as clones? 😛

In Revenge of the Sith, there is a very subtle cross-fade edit of Anakin and Palp.
