Blu-Ray covers based on Comic Art

My first attempt at creating my own art. I am doing modified versions of Phildesfr’s cover art as I learn how to use the tools set before me. I’ve never done anything like this before so this is the first attempt at a rough idea.

The reason I started this is I’m working on my own set of Blu-Ray covers for Hal 9000’s Prequel Trilogy and Sequel Trilogy edits, as well as matching those with Adywan’s Revisited edits.

These are just rough ideas. In the future, I’m going to do custom back instead of just lifting Phildesfr’s wholesale. I also want to do disk art and slipcovers. But this is a start.

Cracking idea (so much quality comic art out there) - and really nicely done.

Will there be some covers for Rogue One and Solo too?
 

There will be! Eventually. Once I find out which edits of Solo and Rogue One I think are best then I’ll make those covers.

Hopefully, if I get good at this I’ll just make these covers for the normal un-edited films.

For 1-3 and 7-8 they are the cover from the first issue of their comic runs.
