Before audiences get another taste of another Ron Howard Lucasfilm movie with “Solo: A Star Wars Story” later this week, today marks the first Lucasfilm project that Ron Howard did, the movie Willow.

At this very moment as I am typing this, I am listening to James Horner’s music for the film.

30 years. Where did the time GO?

“You started spouting poetry. ‘I love you, Sorsha.’ ‘I worship you, Sorsha.’ You almost got us killed!!”
“I love you, Sorsha? I don’t love her! She kicked me in the face! I hate her! Don’t I?”

One thing I like about the Star Wars saga are the planets, especially the ones wet with rain, hahaha! Kamino, Eadu, and Ach-To - all three of them have enormous amounts of rain, it seems. 😃

I saw Labyrinth much later in life and didn’t love it like I thought I would. Maybe I was expecting too much Dark Crystal and didn’t get it.

And I haven’t seen Willow either.

I’d like to see this some day but all copies are out of print and the Laserdisc is rot city.

I’m really wanting to pick up the new BD reissue to finally see this. It’s supposedly the Fox BD with the dvd extras added.
Does the HD master make any changes that we know of or is it relatively fine?
