This is a great book.
Unfortunately it made for an effective instruction manual too.

The sequels (in the Ender Quintet) are good, but they are more philosophical than Ender’s Game. The Shadow Quintet books (that follow Bean) are more like the novel Ender’s Game.
I found Xenocide (the third book that follows Ender) to be hard to get into at times because the sections with Qing-jao were boring to me. The parts with Ender were much more interesting.

Helter Skelter by Vincent Bugliosi and Curt Gentry
Song of Susannah by Stephen King

I assume you’ve read the first 5 Dark Tower books if Song of Susannah is on your list, yes?

Yes, I’ve read them. And I’ve read The Little Sisters of Eluria too
Okay, good. Just making sure you weren’t jumping into book 6 of a series without realizing it (especially since it’s the book that’s more of a “bridge” between the one before and the one after than all the others).
I’m actually trying to limit my need-to-read book list. My wishlist on Audible is rather long, but I don’t want to fill up my library so much that it becomes unmanageable or nigh-impossible to catch up with.
Such has already been the case with my Steam Library for video games. I have more video games on Steam than I could possibly play (at an enjoyable pace) especially with other games coming out that will likely usurp my attention. (…not that I’ve been playing games much the last few months anyway.)
I already need to catch up with the books that I have before I add too many more.

I appreciate the concern man! I’m excited to get to it but I’ve been having to read books for school and scholarship essays, so I haven’t had the time
