LMAO at the CGI chair and window - will they be remodernised or CGI'd for a 2006 Edition pic?

Be interesting to see a clsoe up of just what exactly did make it to your Star Wars dvd shelf Rik...

Sadly most of my collection is in 20 gal tubs, I only have my favorite items on display in my room.

I'll see if I can clean up the garage, lay out all of my stuff from the tubs, and snap some pics.

I realize this is a 'high bandwidth' thread. but is it really necessary to quote a post of pictures that appears right above your post?

If nothing else it makes scrolling to the newest post annoying

I don't have a picture of everything, but here's my 2009 Holloween costume:

and thee 2009 Holloween costume back:

Notice the detailed work which went into crossing out all the figures i collected, not just once in ball point, but a second time in magic marker. Also notice how friggin cool the picture of the rocket firing boba fett was, so i tried to move it to my favorite school book brown paper cover.

That's what I was going to say, Darth Simon ... Is it REALLY necessary to quote someones photos.

Anyway, I was thinking of making a post like this, Rikter.

Pretty SWEET collection, guys. I only have a few Star Wars items now'a days, nothing really special other than my life size Bobba Fett ... and David Prowse autograph. Oh, and I got a tattoo of Boba Fett when I was in my early 20's, eh ... kind of regret that one. hah.

Are you saying that collection isn't yours? If so, then who's is it?

I don't have a collection worth showing pics of... but the mention of a life-size boba fett made me remember something...

There is a store somewhere (i've got its website bookmarked somewhere), that has (maybe had) a life-size Darth Maul. Its price was about $2500. Sorry, that I can't remember, but it was here in Australia, and so that price is AU$. Does that sound like something any of you would purchase because I can find the link (maybe).

No, its not mine (sorry Rik!). I do wish though. It's Rebelscum's (Phillip Wise), believe it not, that's not even half of it. He is the guy for the collecting section of the TheForce.net and has his own sites. Pretty sick. Actually, it takes sick to a whole new level. Clearly he's a wealthy guy. B/c I am betting that collection is worth Millions and it is housed in something worth 100's of thousands. Like Smithsonian couldn't even come up with something like that. I would pay to walk thorugh it though. I do have a Star Wars PC on the way from alienware and a star wars Ipod! I do have a ton of the toys from 1977-1983 sealed up from my childhood. Many of the figures, ships, etc. (of course played with back in the day and out of the box - who knew they'd be such a big deal). Oh and tons of the cards from the original movies. Actually the coolest thing I got is a projector toy, that has real film tapes (no sound) and you can watch the film (I had about 4 tapes). Whats cool is this was before VHS and beta in like 1978 and some of the scenes never even made the final cut. Hmm. Anyway, maybe I should dig that out.

So this is the thread where SW geeks whip theirs out and compare sizes?

I think Wise wins. The rest of you can zip it up.

And JangoxFett, please remove your quote.

You should do that. Right now. DO IT NOW! If there was anything unique in those old tapes, there's a LOT of people over in the Preservation & Edits board (myself included) that would kill to see them.

I used to be very active on this forum. I’m not really anymore. Sometimes, people still want to get in touch with me about something, and that is great! If that describes you, please email me at [my username]ATgmailDOTcom.

Hi everybody. You’re all awesome. Keep up the good work.

Sounds like the hand cranked viewers Kenner made with Super 8 film looped inside a plastic cassette.
