The cynic in me feels like this might another Balloon Boy type hoax designed to get a book or tv/movie deal.

I first read about it yesterday. I just kind of shrugged and figured they were extreme hippie types.

JEDIT: this could also be some excellent evidence of alternate realities converging.

Not surprising. How long before Bryan Singer goes down in all this? He’s the only other big “open secret” I’m aware of after Weinstein and Spacey, though I’m sure I’ve heard stuff about others that I can’t remember right now.

Singer’s openly bisexual, and he’s already been accused of sexual misconduct with minors.

I fail to see why you had to say the first part of that.

To dispell the notion that Singer’s sexuality’s any kind of secret, open or closed.

Accused and nothing happened. There’s enough momentum on this now that more people might be willing to come forward, and the allegations might stick this time.

Since it has absolutely nothing to do with abuse, there’s absolutely no reason to bring it up.

i think his point was that he was trying to use being bisexual as a way to deflect the issue/defend himself and Duracell was basically just pointing out how ridiculous a defense it was, even though it would be ridiculous even if it had been a secret.

Spacey was featured in America’s Weirdest Home Videos. Singer made all those X-Men movies I dislike.

I never bothered with that one. I’d learned my lesson by X2.
