geocities.ws has done a decent job of archiving many of the old geocities.com websites - I think it’s to later blackmail the old owners as to embarrassing content and layouts from the 90’s etc 😉

Did anyone else have the problem when you were a kid of your older siblings tickling you to the point where you couldn’t even fucking breathe?

I remember this happening to me a lot when I was little and am unsure of how common it is. I’d honestly rather have been beaten up.

My dad did it to me a couple times but I remember older siblings doing it the most and it made me feel like I was suffocating to death. No one intervened and it was like torture. I have a feeling they and your dad and other people that do it don’t realize how painfully miserable it can make a kid.

Do people here take showers in the evening or in the morning?

I, for one, have always and will continue to take showers in the evening.

Also, showers or baths? I’m on team shower. Baths just seem exceedingly gross to me.

Evening for me. The water could be the exact same temperature, but it will always feel colder in the morning because I spend all night wrapped in blankets and things.

The only time I showered in the evenings instead of in the mornings was during a brief time where I worked nights early on in college. If you have a day job or school then you should definitely shower in the mornings.

I get home pretty sweaty and grimy and usually caked in dust or some other disgusting atmospheric particulate, so I absolutely must shower the minute I get home in the evening.

And there’s no point in showering in the morning because I’ll be gross in an hour or two anyway.
