A lot of 3’s beat a single 1, so
I didn’t realize so many people walked around with open containers of peanut butter in the 80s.

Yes, it was truly a wonderful time.
Yeah, PC Millenial “Allergy” culture ruined the fun. #MPBGA 🥜🇺🇸🥜🇺🇸🥜🇺🇸

Currently, there are 10 Star Wars films, and 12 if you count the Ewok films. The Last Jedi and the Han Solo film are just about done, it will only take editing the footage and it’s done.
Where are you getting 10 from?
7 main films plus Rogue One is only 8. If we count The Clone Wars that’s 9. Are you counting the Holiday Special for number 10 or am I missing something obvious?

Maybe your MAC keyboard works that way but mine doesn’t.

It’s not MAC, it’s MATH.
In 9 months we’ll have 10 star wars films. They are almost done. The Last Jedi needs to be scored soon, and Ron Howard is finishing up Han Solo.
Principal scoring sessions have already been completed for TLJ. Right now they’re mixing and doing finishing touches (they had a really comfy schedule).
A TV movie is like those things, whatever they’re called, where they accidentally got peanut butter in the chocolate and chocolate in the peanut butter. An unholy abomination that should have been thrown in the incinerator immediately.
Aren’t the Ewoks things also TV movies?
“Where are you watching this…thing?”
On Wikipedia : “Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure (originally broadcast as The Ewok Adventure) is a 1984 American television film based in the Star Wars universe.” (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caravan_of_Courage:_An_Ewok_Adventure)
“Thing” is the best English word that I know (with “stuff”) to describe this experiment. English is not my mother tongue.
Just make stand alone movies featuring prequel characters.
Why not film new scenes to make the Prequels better.
Liam Neeson, Ray Park, Ian McDiarmid can return to film new scenes. While Jake Lloyd, Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen and Ewan McGregor can not, due to their ages, and Christopher Lee has passed on.
So why not fill in some plot holes, make some new ones 😃 and try and make them better. I know it won’t happen, I mean, you could do something like this, but all parties (Disney, George Lucas, Kathleen Kennedy and the actors) involved would never do it. They do have the ability to do it.
It is what it is, and that’s all you get.
It took me a minute to figure out what role Christopher Lee played in the prequels.
I finally remembered it was Count Dooku.
Should they? No. Will they? No. Are they legally allowed to? Probably not.
The movies don’t need to be remade from scratch, just improved (hence fanedits). Besides they would have to match in the broad strokes to align wit established canon, making them remakes rather than a reboot. It would also be basically giving George Lucas the finger, and given the trust he put in Kathleen Kennedy, I can’t see her doing that.
Are they legally allowed to? Probably not.
What makes you think that? They bought the franchise.
The last thing Disney would want to do would be to retcon movies they bought for billions of dollars.

You’re probably right mate (and I hope you are) - though in a few years after this Sequel Trilogy has finished and they may be struggling for quality standalone stories - the temptation may be there to do a ‘re-imagining’ of The Prequels…
It has seemed to work for other ‘franchises’ (I loathe that word).
A little patience goes a long way on this old-school Rebel base. If you are having issues finding what you are looking for, these will be of some help…

They won’t do that because so many millennials for some reason actually think they are good.
Since nothing from the franchise other than imagery and plot elements from the classic films has any mainstream appeal, I don’t see why they wouldn’t do a reimagining of existing films someday.

Those damn Millenials!
And no to the topic question.
