Ah, I prefer Peace Sells by a small margin. Good Mourning/Black Friday, Bad Omen, Devil’s Island and The Conjuring puts it above Rust for me.

They’re both great albums. The first time I saw Megadeth live, was during the 20th Anniversary of Rust in Peace. They played the entire album, plus some other new songs.

Yes I did listen to Dystopia a few times. It still has the Megadeth sound that people are used to. Political lyrics are still present, just like past albums. It’s worth a listen, keeps you pumped throughout the album.
