Trump just attacked McCain on twitter.

Sen. McCain should not be talking about the success or failure of a mission to the media. Only emboldens the enemy! He’s been losing so…

…long he doesn’t know how to win anymore, just look at the mess our country is in - bogged down in conflict all over the place. Our hero…

…Ryan died on a winning mission ( according to General Mattis), not a “failure.” Time for the U.S. to get smart and start winning again!

If nothing else, twitter should suspend his account for abusing the character limit…grabbing twitter in the 140 characters, if you will.

For the Trump supporters here… do you support his stand on asset forfeiture? I understand that it is pro-law-enforcement, but isn’t it also against conservative ideals on personal property and limits on government power?

It is my belief that law enforcement should at least be able to put a legal hold on property until they can ascertain the validity of the legal issue. This way it would protect the interest of each side while allowing the process to work as intended. I believe that the intent of his stand is to take the burden off of the taxpayers.

Except that under the current system, if you’re found not guilty (or even if you’re not charged), the burden is on you to hire a lawyer and PROVE YOUR INNOCENCE in order to get your stuff back. Few lawyers are willing to take such cases because proving one’s innocence is often impossible. Asset forfeiture is considered income and part of budget planning in many areas.

Wow! That’s amazing. Nobody’s telling him that it means taking anything - cash, cars, whatever (and then keeping it even if the person is found innocent). This is a great example of how easy it must be to manipulate the Donald.
