I think they work because, unlike most photoshopped covers today where every tiny little space is crammed with some lacquered floating head, they're very minimalistic; there's a big head off to the right side, a tiny little shot taken from the movie to the left, and that's all -- the rest is a simple yet stylish black.

I lied again, I also have MACKEYs Faces set too, LOL.

Does anyone still have the covers for Empire and Jedi? Mega has been dead for years now.

I've been working on a disc cover to match the VHS label from the "Faces" THX edition. Only have ANH done for now. PM me if you'd like a better quality file!

 Is that intended for the Special Edition? The unaltered Star Wars is 121 minutes.

But, is still pretty cool in concept!

I'm basing the disc labels off my VHS copies from the 90s. Only thing I've changed is how the content is arranged. So ESB and ROTJ will include the CBS FOX logo. The tapes list ANH at 124 mins, ESB at 128 mins, and ROTJ at 134 mins. However, they are not the special editions. . . so there's a mystery.

Also, the last picture I uploaded was missing text on the right side. Looks like it did not copied over from my original file when I exported as a square. Here's the correct version.

 That's strange. I even double checked my copy to be sure. You are correct sir.

[GASP] I love these so much!! Now I’m torn on what covers I should use for my Despecialized Blus! These ones or the ones made by user RonWLim… or the ones made by vigothcarpathian… or phildesfr’s covers… or FrankT’s.

…fuck it, I’m just gonna put em in my Complete Saga box and throw away the original discs!!

Can anyone help recreate the artwork for the boxset the tapes were housed in? Not as in the individual covers but the artwork for the boxset?
