I’ll get right to it once I get my chainsaw back from the shop.

And in the time of greatest despair, there shall come a savior, and he shall be known as the Son of the Suns.
Ahh you beat me to it! I loved it.
Yoda DID NOT look as bad as I remembered by the way. 14 deleted scenes? 2 hours of bonus footage? Man this is going to be SO GOOD.
We all probably over-scrutinized Yoda in the theater. And when people said he looked bad, what they really meant was he did not look exactly like they remember him looking in the Empire Strikes Back…
I would put this in my sig if I weren’t so lazy.

That doesn’t sound like this place at all though.
I saw screenshots from cam bootlegs all throughout the internet and Yoda looked worse than he looked in the video.
I asked, rhetorically, on Twitter if I could get a copy that doesn’t have the “multi screen edition” border on the slipcover. A friend of mine DM’d me this:

suspiciouscoffee, feel free to bill Jay for the dahmages.
I have the 3D Collector’s Edition of TFA so I’ll have to wait for that version of TLJ. I don’t want to wait several months but I also don’t want to buy the movie twice, so…
This all sounds great though, excited to see all the deleted scenes (no timecode, please) and special features.
I just want a commentary on the first release this time. Is that a thing they’ve said yet?

Rian Johnson commentary confirmed!

Oh right cool. Terrible trailer editing though… I don’t get it.

You could get the 4K set or a steelbook if it means that much to you.

So what is multi screen?
Where were you in '77?
More than one screen. :p

It’s not wise to upset a Wookiee. 😛

Movies anywhere…
As if people have had trouble understanding “Blu-Ray + Digital” for the five years.
It’s dumb, but nothing to get your briefs in a knot about.

Sad to see that Ben Burtt is missing but it’s a very nice look at the sound department anyway.
Thanks for sharing Ridley! Ironic that they didn’t have Burtt work on the film but they used an old interview of him to open it up. Clearly being respectful, but I wonder why they didn’t have him work on this film at all.
It’s quite a strange decision not to have him working on them - or involved at all…

Nice.
Looking at the artwork variants for the Blu Ray not sure about any of them. Here the 3D or 4K version does have an interesting sad-face Rey variant of the whole red/white cape design but ehh. Not a fan of those dark/light covers they did last time and it’s the same again on Amazon at least.
