FireFox 57.0 (64bit) on Windows 7 seems to be the worst update to that browser i have ever applied. Locks up ~2 minutes after opening, no matter what.
That sucks man, I updated yesterday and it’s been amazing ever since. And the memory issues are way way better than any other browser I use.

I had my year 10 formal tonight, no date obviously, but it was still heaps of fun. Wearing a completely black suit in a stuffy room, dancing, wasn’t exactly the best idea though.

I never went to any of those things.
The first one I went to was my senior prom.
The second one I went to was my new girlfriend’s senior prom (she was three months older than me yet a grade behind because I moved from a state with different cutoff dates).

I enjoyed his clumsy dodge. A politician would be impressed.
I also enjoyed that he thinks I am incapable of posting differently as a mod on one site and as a regular member on another site.

The ‘hahahaha’ left it somewhat unclear - which is why we ask for some more information / reasons / opinions in posts instead of just the ‘hahahaha’ type aspect.

I have a bad habit of skimming posts (even short ones like that one) and had not realized he was talking about my (relative) sanity as opposed to my habit of confrontation (which is what I originally said and what I assumed he was commenting on).
Or are you saying my post was insane? How dare you! 😛

Well, have you been tested mate? 😉
I have - however a most unfortunate accident left the sanity tester falling down a flight of stairs and somehow managing to dislodge the fire axe from it securing (behind some safety glass) and then falling onto it backwards with some force. Also seems a near-by fire extinguisher somehow fell onto the sanity tester’s head - repeatedly.
Apparently we’ll never know the results as a fire engulfed the testers’ car with all his files in - around the same time as the events above taking place.
A most unfortunate set of circumstances, I’m sure you agree…

Some of the friendly faces around here haven’t been so friendly lately. Lots of grouchiness. On the other hand, some people have changed over the years from friendly to cynical, sarcastic smart-you-know-whats. So sudden grouchiness and gradual grouchiness are coming to a head. Extra grouchiness all around.

I wasn’t saying he’s insane. I was saying he’s… a bit flippant round these parts, suggesting he likely is elsewhere, and if so such flippancy is worthy of becoming a mod at FE, which would be an odd choice.
In other words, it was a small gibe. It was not an attack. Maybe the word “sane” is a bit strong, but it was meant in jest, not maliciously.
