I'm finished, but it seems to play BOTH sets of subtitles (retail DVD, and Backstroke) at the same time. How can I get rid of this? I don't even want the retail subtitles on the DVD.

Can anyone supply me with a short video clip of the well-known censored footage from the original version of Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
I’m considering creating a fan edit, and this would be good to include.
Also anyone can throw in ideas or suggestions.

Distribution plans are still sketchy, although I am hoping someone can make a torrent available on myspleen.

I don't want it to be over-the-top, just subtle. Or maybe I should scrap it.

Yeah, the video quality is the only downfall. When I did my edit all I could use was audio clips and re-create the video.

This edit is great, and also my favorite AOTC edit to date. The plot can actually be followed on a first viewing, without getting bored or distracted. It keeps you inside the movie. Love the removal of most of the random action sequences, and trims where they get off task.
I used some of these changes in my own edit as well. A great edit.

It surprises me that professional dual layer DVDs don't use more of the space leftover. I mean, the actual movie takes up more space than that... just compress it until it fits on the DVD.

I really like the Ben-Hur style epic idea, with an overture and intermission. That might be another great edit idea.
It'd be interesting to observe a first-time viewer.

Wow, it's amazing how he can work that other footage into the movie. Especially Natalie Portman's stuff!
