Wow! This looks to be an utterly superb presentation of The Empire Strikes Back. I can't wait to see it!

Any chance you could release the raw, unaltered DVD version with color correction too? That would be great fodder for fan edits.

Have you considered compositing Qui-Gon's lightsaber somewhere into Obi-Wan's hut? Perhaps lying next to his cloak in the background during the hologram.

Can anyone upload their battle droid voices? This is the biggest editing frustration for me too.

I also wanted to find an isolated sound effect of the battle droid's "walking" sound from Episode I and incorporate that too. Same for the destroyer droids.

My Episode II edit is now available at demonoid. (9000 Edition)

All three prequels are there now, and I'm planning to make a torrent with the three as 700 MB AVIs.

I don't enjoy or like them nearly as much as the original trilogy.

In fact next time I watch them all, I'm skipping the prequels. Star Wars would be cooler if they'd never been made. Just leave it IV, V, and VI. Sure it wouldn't make sense that they'd be numbered that way, but so what?

They could have invested in official prequel novels instead. Then our imaginations could put a positive spin on everything.

I have a question for anyone who might have a solution.

I think I'd like to totally remove the scene in Episode II where Anakin talks about killing the Sand People. The problem is that there's no way I can see to move from the scene before it to the scene after it. If you'll put your DVD in your player and look, you'll see what I mean. The only thing that comes to my mind is to shuffle some scenes, which won't work well for me since I can't generate my own scene transition effects.

Any bright ideas? I'd love to see this scene go, and let Anakin's trip to the dark side be somewhat more gradual.

There are a few glitches in AOTC that I'm aware of. Little clicks and slight disjointedness at a few certain points of edit.

I plan on doing a little revision of my AOTC edit before uploading it as a torrent.

I'm pleased to announce that my edits will finally be available on torrent.

Episode I is up at mininova. Do a search for "star wars 9000". I'd encourage all of you to check it out, and let me know what you think.
These edits took way too long to make, so hopefully you'll enjoy them!

EDIT: Now up at demonoid also. If someone could upload it to The Pirate Bay, I'd be grateful.
