I just started reading the novel for the first time, and this is my first dip into the world of Lord of the Rings.

I don't want to see the movie versions at all until I'm completely finished, so I can be free to imagine on my own at least once first.

However when I do get down to watching them, this edit sounds great. Does anyone have them, who would want to work out a trade? PM me if so.

Perhaps this is redundant, but do you plan on releasing a just color-corrected version, since you put so much detailed effort into it?

School is over in a few days, and I'll have more time to do this sort of thing.

As for the OT... I'm waiting for better source material. Namely, the Darth Editous ESB and the Adywan ANH.

I'll keep you guys posted though.

Very impressive. However, the black levels look pretty bad at times.

And I do like the idea of blending several different histograms for a more balanced color overall. Good luck to you in the future!

I just had to reinstall my operating system and now when womble tries to export, it is extremely slow. In three minutes, eight seconds were encoded. Anybody know why this is, and how to fix it?

Maybe you could try putting the Yoda deleted scene in between the birth scene and funeral, so that it's not as abrupt a transition.
