• malicious activity such as hacking and harassment
• problematic system design such as business models that reward clickbait
• unintended consequences - such as aggressive or polarised discussions

Just seen George RR Martin’s Nightflyers got canned after just the one season - disappointing that - thought it had a lot of potential, and after a slow start, would have made for a quality series given enough time. Doh!
