Evening all.

Just to report from the UK elf that items were safely received this morning from Rikter and mailed on this very afternoon (Wednesday). 3 UK peeps expect yours tomorrow (Thursday) - including you Ell ! Parcels also on the way to Sweden and Iceland One extra one to France as well.

Maybe give Rikter a shout on here as a thank-you when you can confirm receipt. The elf will be happy that way too !

Grrrrrr yet another way to milk the fans I'll bet

But hey - what you thought was an innocuous typo Ell, is actually an anagram of "Lucas Ep I" !

Now that is bizarre, is it not !!

Here's a bit more info from imdb:

# The scene where the nurse is attacked by the dog after she puts the baby basket into the river is cut from the PG video in the UK, but this scene was left intact when it was shown on BBC1.

# A deleted scene took place after Willow met Fin Raziel (as the muskrat) on the island. They left back on the boat, where a massive storm took place courtesy of Bavmorda's magic. Eventully, Willow is pulled under water and attacked by a fish/shark creature. A piece of the scene is shown in the "Making of Willow" documentary available on the DVD. Willow's hair is also noticibly wet when back on land.

# The UK version edits the second sword thrust into General Kael when Madmartigan steps on the sword and drives it through him. It only shows Madmartigan step on the sword, then cuts to Kael falling. A scene during the battle between Bavmorda and Fin Raziel was deleted which actually showed where the scratches on Fin's face came from.

# Also, during the fight at the castle towards the end, Willow zaps the troll with his wand, and 2 creatures emerge from its skin. In the UK version of this film, the bit where the creatures quickly rip the skin off of the troll is missing.

I've just received my copy (literally today !) and I'm happy to pif - so Sky_ & Darth Solo - by all means send me a PM if Jambe hasn't sorted you out already.

Longer post to follow in regards to the disc itself - its absolutely fantastic and stands alongside Deleted Magic as one of the best fan-based projects I've seen. HUGE props to Jambe !

segaflip - little bit confused over your current posting on alt.b.starwars - have been waiting for Citizen's - Ep5 (PAL DVD9) and I notice after the post of Citizen's DL ANH there is:

Ep5 PAL (DVD9) SW ANH-Citizen-PAL_DL

Sorry if it's been brought up somewhere before. Is the ANH a specfic labelling for Citizen - or does it refer to A New Hope ? Certainly the files are A New Hope.

Greg - believe me you don't have to apologise for anything !

Bear in mind folks all of the time, effort and $'s that have gone into this gesture that bwlag has made. Keep that in mind when you find you are in a similar position to Pay It Forward when others are in need ! I know many people don't need reminding - but the above (time, effort and $'s) that many people put into these ventures can easily be forgotten in the quest to get all the toys in the shop ! Keep it alive and give something back when you can.
